The Small Business Certification Network (SBCN) is the result of an Etsy project spearheaded by American Green Consulting Group. Because of their expertise and long-time commitment to small businesses, SBCN has partnered with American Green Consulting Group to serve as our group manager.
About American Green

As the SBCN group manager, American Green handles everything associated with FSC Chain of Custody certification.

About Jess Gillen
SBCN Group Manager
Jess brings two decades of in-depth experience to the complex world of FSC® requirements. Widely recognized as a global specialist in FSC trademarks, Jess was personally invited to participate in the 2025 Technical Working Group overseeing recommendations for the FSC Trademark Standard Revision.
As the Director of Certification Services for American Green Consulting Group, Jess leads their group certification program, where she transforms certification hurdles into clear, manageable paths for our members. Jess has been a certified Lead Auditor since 2012.
